Justin Gargiulo is the Founder and CEO of VoterTrove, an award winning data management platform utilized by candidate campaigns and advocacy organizations. Justin is a well-respected, veteran expert in voter data and field operations and has become a frequent speaker on the current and future state of political campaign technology.
In November of 2013, VoterTrove was invited to join the startup incubator program at Capital Factory in Austin, TX. Recognized as the center of gravity for technology startups in Austin, Capital Factory is one of the most renowned incubators in the country.
In 2014 VoterTrove & Gargiulo have been honored with two of the most prestigious awards in the political industry: Campaigns and Elections Magazine’s Reed Award for Best Use of Application Software and the Excellence Award for Best New Technology from the American Association of Political Consultants.
Gargiulo was named to Campaigns and Elections Magazine’s “Influencers 50” List in 2014. The list is comprised of 50 campaign strategists and technologists who, according to Campaigns and Elections, are “changing the way we think about campaigns and shaping the future of the industry”.
Prior to founding VoterTrove, Justin’s career was steeped in data analytics and digital media, overseeing the digital media efforts for the members of the Connecticut State Senate Republican Caucus from 2002 – 2010.
In Justin’s early career he served as the principal analyst on reapportionment for Connecticut’s Senate Republican caucus in 2001. He headed the reapportionment effort for the Connecticut Senate Republicans in 2011.
Justin received a B.S. in Political Science from the University of Rhode Island and a M.S. in Interactive Communications from Quinnipiac University. He currently resides in Austin, Texas with his wife and two daughters.
