Nathan Strauss is an associate social media producer at National Geographic, where he oversees strategy and audience development for adventure content and Safari Live programming across platforms, in addition to managing the brand’s LinkedIn presence. He joined National Geographic in 2015. Strauss received his B.A. in journalism from American University with a minor in environmental science. In his spare time, he volunteers at the Smithsonian National Zoological Park ‘s Reptile Discovery Center and is an avid naturalist and outdoorsman.
